Strategic Vision 11/27/2007 Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee are neck-and-neck atop the latest Strategic Vision poll in Iowa. Romney got support from 26 percent of poll respondents, followed by 24 percent for Huckabee. Rudy Giuliani was next at 14 percent, followed by Fred Thompson at 10 percent, John McCain at 7 percent and Ron Paul at 5 percent. On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were tied at 29 percent, followed by John Edwards at 23 percent. BIll Richardson led the next tier of candidates at 6 percent, followed by Joe Biden at 4 percent and Chris Dodd and Dennis Kucinich at 1 percent. Strategic Vision polled 600 likely Republican caucus goers and 600 likely Democratic caucus goers, from Nov. 23-25. The margin of error is plus or minus 4.5 percentage points. |
