Who The PCFSN Executive Director Shellie Pfohl is riding the entire RAGBRAI route. On day six, she will be joined by Iowa Dept. of Public Health Director Tom Newton and U.S Dept. of Health and Human Services Regional Health Administrator Jose Belardo. On the ride from Waterloo to Manchester, the team will stop in Quasqueton. There they will meet with Buchanan County Public Health Director Amy Marlow and other local partners representing wellness, environmental health, emergency medical services, food safety, and tobacco use prevention.
